Personal History: Aleksander was born in Russia in in the middle of the Muggle turmoil with nearby countries, so he was taught from an early age to stay away from Muggle issues. His parents, Jett and Abigail, had him when they were both 31 years old, something that was hard for his mother as she was already struggling with having to leave her profession to become a full-time mother. He was a very happy baby, always making his parents and brother smile, but he soon realized that he could use his baby cuteness to get what he wanted...and so his parents became strict. They set rules which made him try to think of ways he could break them, and made it much more interesting for him to get in trouble. By the time he was six years old, his little sister came to the world and nobody was more upset than Alek. He would no longer be the baby, the King of the household, the one everyone loved and made time for. No, everything would be for the little stupid girl in a pink outfit.
His relationship with his older brother, Rudi was relatively good. They argued, fought over silly things most of the time, and were competitive enough to annoy their parents on a daily basis. However, Rudi was always standing up for Alek. During Alek's first year of school at Koldovstoretz (The Russian school), Rudi was in his fifth year of school and Alek knew that even though Rudi wasn't respected for himself, they respected him because he protected Alek. Rudi showed everyone that he was willing to put himself in danger's way to keep his little brother alive when he climbed up the North Tower of the school to bring Alek back down after he had gotten up thanks to a mistake in his flying lessons. It was a simple act, something that maybe Rudi felt he was entitled to do but it meant everything to young Alek.
During Rudi's 7th year, and Alek's 3rd, Rudi confirmed to all of his friends what they already knew: He liked boys. Okay, no big deal, right? Wrong. Everyone turned on Rudi. There was a difference between thinking Rudi was gay, and knowing it. This brought unnecessary hatred for Alek, because nobody wanted to hang out with the gay boy's little brother...let alone be the gay boy's little brother. At thirteen years old, Alek lied to everyone about being related to Rudi, made himself a different person, and continued to be that same Alek for the rest of his life at Koldovstoretz. The denial and rejection tore Rudi and Alek apart, so much that shortly after graduation, Rudi chose to take a scholarship to the Wizarding Academy of Dramatic Arts in Britain to get as far away as possible from his family.
At fifteen, Alek was a popular boy. He had many friends and attended parties during summer vacations and even traveled with his family to visit his brother. His agenda was always full. Not full enough, though. He lacked something...someone. That same year, he became insanely infatuated with a girl a year above him and they dated for a while, but it was mostly a physical relationship full of hormonal hook ups and no actual emotional desire. They were just...there. They kissed, they had sex, they were everywhere but with each other. They really only lasted about four months, but they were the busiest months of Alek's life! That cleared out rumors and doubts about his sexuality, but he found that he loved women more than he loved other things. So his summer was spent at Muggle clubs, lying about his age and having fun with an older crowd. They didn't mind him since he was down for anything, but when school came along and so did the opportunity to reconcile with his brother, Alek packed his bags and headed for Britain without a second thought.
Though his relationship with Larissa wasn't the best, the one he had for Rudi was more than anything Alek could want. He missed his brother terribly, regardless of what he liked and didn't like, and it felt wrong to be out there in the world having fun without him. At first, his parent were reluctant. They argued that Rudi was not very good at taking care of himself, so how could he take care of Alek too? Rudi flew back to Russia, brought the Hogwarts Acceptance Letter with him, to show them that he was already making sure Alek would stay in school and be prepared. They had accepted Alek as an exchange student, with the condition that he passed all of his classes with at least Exceeds Expectations, which he didn't know what it meant at the time, and that he helped out with the school newspaper when needed. Rudi had offered Alek up for lots of things, and for a moment Alek almost felt overwhelmed, but it meant traveling, seeing something different from the walls of his house and the same people of his city, so he agreed.
Appearance: Alek has raven black hair, which he often lets grow out to reach his eyes, but eventually cuts because his mother doesn’t like it. His eyes are a vibrant shade of steel blue, and his skin is fair and uninteresting. There are many, many small freckles that decorate his nose and cheekbones, but rarely does anyone else notice them at first sight. His jaw is defined and his eyebrows thick, he often wears hoodies and jeans but knows how to clean up nicely if he needs to (For example, if he's going to a wedding he actually chooses to wear a suit). He stands at 5 feet and 11 inches, and he weights 153 pounds.
Personality:Alek is a good guy, when he wants to be. He's not spoiled or rotten, nor does he make a scene if he doesn't get what he wants. He simply goes after it. He's a man of action, always planning how to get the desired results. His main ambition is to go on the adventure of his life. He is a fantastic liar, always coming up with a quick life-saving scenario when put on the spot. If there is one thing Alek sucks at, it's Divination, and he hates it. He sees no point in it, same with Astrology. He loves playing Quidditch regardless of it not being such a major sport in Russia, and he enjoys chess just as much. He cannot sit still in one place, always has to be moving around, playing with his hands, anything.
His biggest weakness is losing his independence. He hates having to depend on others and would rather do everything his way and by himself. He's a skilled flyer and he can even play some muggle sports such as football and the American-Favorite, Baseball. Everyone knows that Alek has a thing for girls, especially the tall ones with thin legs and long hair. Let's just say, he likes to have something to hold on to. Alek is not a one-woman guy, he loves women and doesn't hide it. He's pretty open minded, and an "open book". Alek has no secrets, and even if he did, he'd simply avoid talking about them by turning the situation about you.
Alek doesn't have many friends, having never been one to truly connect with someone. He does not have the ability to love, neither romantically nor in any other way. He likes his family to an extent, looks after them to an extent, stands with them to an extent. He has a bit of apathy in head, knowing that whatever he does will be insignificant (according to Ghandi) but that it's necessary he does it, just as he knows that people live and die alone, with the inbetween parts being only an illusion. He likes to drown himself in alcohol some nights, only tobwake up the next morning next to someone he doesn't know and who he could really care less about.
Alek cannot produce a Patronus.
